KutsuVahti is built for transport companies that manage their own fleet in Attire. Every day it compares your fleet with Traficom's recall search and tells you which of your vehicles an open campaign may concern. You don't need to follow the notices yourself.

What KutsuVahti does

Recalls for your own fleet

Recalls and service campaigns are fetched daily from Traficom's recall search and compared with your fleet in Attire.

Matches are reviewed before confirmation

Every match is a suggestion with a confidence level: strong, moderate or weak. A match appears in the fleet only once it is confirmed.

Hand-over pauses for acknowledgement

If a vehicle has an open recall, check-out from the yard list pauses. Continue by marking the repair done or by recording a reason. The override is saved in the vehicle's history.

Reminders before the deadline

Reminders arrive 28, 14 and 7 days before the estimated deadline. You get at most one digest of new matches per day.

How it works

Four steps from notice to repair

  1. Fetch: KutsuVahti fetches new recalls and service campaigns from Traficom's recall search every day.
  2. Matching: Campaigns are compared with your fleet using rules. A vehicle identification number (VIN) within the campaign range is a strong match, make, model and model year a moderate one, and make and model alone a weak one.
  3. Review: Matches go to the To review list. Confirm the vehicles the campaign concerns and reject the others.
  4. Follow-up: A confirmed recall is shown in the fleet and pauses check-out until it is acknowledged or overridden with a reason. Reminders arrive before the deadline.

Tip: when your vehicles have a VIN stored, matches are more accurate.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the recall data come from?
From Traficom's recall search. KutsuVahti fetches new and updated campaigns daily, and every campaign links to the original notice.
How reliable is a match?
Every match has a confidence level. Strong: the vehicle's VIN falls within the campaign's VIN range. Moderate: make, model and model year match. Weak: only make and model match. Matches are suggestions and are reviewed before confirmation.
Can a vehicle be handed over if a recall is still open?
Yes, but check-out from the yard list pauses first. You can mark the repair done or check the vehicle out without the repair by choosing a reason. The override is saved in the vehicle's history.
How is the deadline calculated?
KutsuVahti estimates the deadline from the campaign details and shows the basis of the estimate. Check the official date in the manufacturer's letter. Reminders arrive 28, 14 and 7 days before the estimated deadline.
How is the price calculated?
The price is based on the number of active vehicles in the licence. Archived vehicles are not counted. €19/month includes 19 vehicles, and after that each vehicle costs €1/month. The add-on is billed with your Attire subscription.
How can the add-on be cancelled?
The admin removes the add-on on the Order and billing page. Removal during the trial is free. During a paid period, the add-on stays active until the end of the period, and the next invoice does not include it.
