The report fee (€1.90 / report) is charged only for reports the licence itself creates — reading reports shared from another licence (in the app or over the REST API) is always free of charge. An EU GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) is available to business customers on request. Prices exclude VAT; Finnish VAT is added to the invoice.
