Frequently asked questions

How is a service report shared with the customer?
The workshop fills in the report in Attire, picks the customer, and clicks Share. The customer sees the report in their own view — or, if the customer doesn't yet use Attire, via the sent link or PDF.
Can I keep my old service reports when I take my own licence?
Yes. The service runs in the EU region of Google Cloud (europe-west3, Frankfurt) and all data remains within the EU. A GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
Can a report be created in Attire offline as well?
The web UI works on mobile, and in-progress reports are saved as drafts. A native iOS and Android app with offline support is on the roadmap.
What happens after the trial period?
After 14 days the subscription can be activated via Stripe. Data is retained for 30 days even if the subscription stays inactive.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is for the transport company — one licence, your own fleet, receives reports. Business is for the workshop — multi-site, reporting tools, customer API, calendar.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The Stripe customer portal lets you cancel at the end of the current period. There's no commitment period.
