KutsuVahti — see the open recalls in your own fleet

A recall is a manufacturer campaign to fix a fault that may affect vehicle safety. In a fleet of dozens of vehicles, an open recall is easy to miss. KutsuVahti is Attire’s first add-on: it brings the recalls that concern your own fleet to the same place where you already manage your vehicles.

The problem

An open recall is easy to miss

The manufacturer’s letter often goes to the registered keeper, and the information does not always reach the fleet manager or the workshop. The letter gets lost, the vehicle moves to another site, and the campaign is forgotten while the vehicle keeps driving unrepaired.

A fleet owner should know their own open recalls: the repair is usually free of charge, and when you know in time you can combine it with a service visit without extra downtime.

What KutsuVahti does

Traficom recalls checked against your fleet every day

KutsuVahti fetches new and updated recalls and service campaigns from the Traficom recall search every day and compares them with your Attire fleet using rules. Every match has a confidence level and a basis, so you see right away why a vehicle is on the list.

Matches are suggestions: they are reviewed before confirmation, and only confirmed recalls appear in the Fleet view.

Moderate: make, model and model year match

Weak: only make and model match

Once a recall is confirmed

Hand-over stops and reminders arrive in time

A confirmed recall does not depend on one person’s memory — it shows up wherever the vehicle is handled:

A warning shows in the Fleet view, on the Dashboard and when a report is started

•

Check-out from the yard list stops until the repair is acknowledged or a reason is recorded; an override is saved in the vehicle history

•

Reminders arrive 28, 14 and 7 days before the estimated deadline

•

Admins get at most one summary notification a day about new matches
