The app guides you step by step

A new account now sees a getting-started checklist on its front page telling you exactly what to do next: connect your workshop, bring in your fleet, create your first report and invite your team. Each step is a direct link to the right view, and the list shows your progress.

If anything is unclear, help is one click away: the "Ask for onboarding help" button sends us a message directly, and we usually reply the same day.

File import

Import your whole fleet list from CSV or Excel

The new "Import from file" action in the Kalusto view reads CSV and Excel files the way they actually come out of other systems: the delimiter and character set are detected automatically, and columns are recognised from their headers — registration number, make, model, model year, odometer reading and inspection date. You can adjust the interpretation by hand before importing.

The preview shows in advance what will be imported, which rows are skipped as duplicates and which rows have errors — nothing is saved until you confirm. Imported inspection dates plug straight into expiry alerts and odometer readings into service history.

Workshop connection

Reports flowing with a single code

Attire's best feature for a transport company is that reports made by your workshop appear in your own view automatically. That is why the first checklist step is the workshop connection: enter your workshop's 6-digit licence code, the workshop approves the request with one click — and from then on every report made for you is in your view the moment it is completed.

For the workshop this is just as valuable: the customer sees the work in their own system without email attachments, and the report history stays on record for both.
